Wedding Planner

Alice has been in the food and beverage industry for more than 20 years.  Knowing what made her happy, she decided to work for a catering company and quickly became an Event Planner.  She attended The Academy of Culinary Arts in New Jersey while living on the East Coast.  After graduating she became an Executive Sous Chef in a well-established Italian restaurant, leaning towards Catering and Events planning.  After returning to California, she served as the Catering Manager at the Officer’s Club on Camp Pendleton where she organized and planned Military events and most importantly to her, weddings.

She attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley for intensive wine studies and holds a professional certification.  Born and raised in Sunny Southern California, Alice takes every opportunity to entertain her family and friends with our local bounty of food and wine.
