What is included in the wedding package?
Included in your wedding package:
Ceremony/Reception site for 5 hours
Signature buffet cuisine for the reception. Please inquire about additional cuisine service options.

What is not included in the wedding package?
Our traditional Ceremony & Reception package does not include your bar package, photographer, DJ, florist, clergy, 20% service charge and sales tax.
Do you have more than one wedding a day?
Absolutely not! We are totally focused on you, ensuring your wedding goes as planned.
What if we only want a reception?
We will be happy to host your “reception only” event. You will receive a full 5 hours to enjoy your party!
Can we sample food?
Yes, Paradise Falls offers menu tastings for booked couples. Our food and beverage manager will reach out to you to get you scheduled up to six months prior to your wedding.
How do we secure our special date?
A non-refundable deposit of $2500 and a signed contract will secure your date.
Is the dance floor included in the package?
Yes! Paradise Falls has a large 20′ x 20′ oak dance floor inside the Ballroom Pavilion or a large natural stone area if you select to dance outside under the market lights.
What kinds of chairs are provided?
We provide white-washed Chiavari chairs for your reception inside the pavilion or padded white chairs if you select to have your reception outside. The ever-popular padded white chairs are used for your ceremony.
What is the tent pavilion?
The tent pavilion is perfect for your reception of up to 350 guests. It is a 4,000 square foot permanent tent, with retractable sides. We provide heaters in the pavilion; there is a large dance floor so you and your guests can dance the night away.
What’s you weather contingency plan for outdoors if it should rain?
Paradise Falls is able to accommodate your wedding inside our large reception pavilion at no additional charge to you providing we have notice prior to set up which begins at 7AM the morning of the event. If you are undecided and want a dual set up to ensure you can have your event outdoors if the weather clears, we charge a $750 dual set up fee which includes additional linens, tables, chairs, labor, etc. If upgraded linens are rented, we only put those linens in one location and cannot move them to the second location unless enough linen is ordered for both locations. If not, we will set our stock linen of ivory or white in the second location. Once a location is chosen and set up has begun, we cannot change locations.
How long will I have use of the event site?
Paradise Falls includes 5 hours in their wedding and we can provide additional hours up to 11:00 p.m. for an additional charge. Please ask your wedding planner for details.
Is there an outdoor area where my guests can mingle?
At Paradise Falls, we have a very spacious tree shaded cocktail area that overlooks our waterfall lagoon. This space is available as guests arrive to enjoy their complimentary beverages until the wedding ceremony starts, after the ceremony and throughout the reception.
Are you a licensed to provide hard alcohol as well as beer and wine?
Yes, Paradise Falls, a subsidiary of Los Willows, Inc is able to provide its license to serve hard alcohol as well as beer and wine. Many reception venues are not fully licensed and, therefore, cannot legally offer hard alcohol which can impact the taste and quality of mixed drinks that are served.
Does paradise Falls allow pets on the property?
Yes, Paradise Falls is very pet-friendly. We welcome all animals that are legal, safe for all of our guests, and under the continuous control of their owners.
What is your maximum number of guests?
Paradise Falls can accommodate up to 350 guests. Mandatory valet parking is required over 200 guests.
