For over 25 years, Los Willows has been my passion and now with the addition of our sister site, “Paradise Falls” that passion has grown even more! I like to think that we are in the "happy" business, making dreams come true at each and every celebration. Paradise Falls is truly a unique property unlike any other and it has been my great pleasure to bring this “diamond in the rough” up to its great potential. Regardless of venue, my philosophy is to only host one celebration at a time so we can focus entirely on you and your special moment, where memories last forever. And, when so much attention is paid to every minute detail, then magic truly happens. We invite you to come to Paradise Falls and experience the “magic” for yourselves. You will not be disappointed!

Lynne Martucci

Director of Operations

I wear many hats because that is how it is in this special industry. I have been working in Food & Beverage Service for over thirty years and with that experience I truly know food, from preparation to presentation and I know just about everything you need to know about hosting a successful bar. I will be the person you see when it’s time to have your menu tasting. You will also see me involved with our banquet staff ensuring everything goes according to plan.

Social Media & Marketing Director

I am often referred to as the Jack-of-all-trades of our awesome team. After receiving my BFA from Otis College of Art and Design, I returned to San Diego to explore my many different passions; ranging all the way from product photography and wedding coordination, to opening a small business specializing in brand management. When I found Paradise Falls and Los Willows, I was inspired. I was introduced to an incredibly talented group of loving, creative, and dedicated individuals, who are the foundation of a brand that sets the bar for impeccable elegance and the highest standards in service. I am able to explore so many different creative avenues through my work in social media and marketing, always with the goal of introducing our brides and grooms to the same incredible brand that I fell in love with.

Allyson Clark

Coordination Manager

I received my degree in Hospitality Management with a Concentration in Wedding & Event Planning from Johnson & Wales University, and that combined with my experience of having planned over two hundred weddings, I know you are in great hands with me and my team. I have a deep passion for all things elegant, sophisticated and filled with love. The success of your wedding is in the details! And, that is where I come in. I work closely with the Wedding Planner to make sure your big day is stress-free and everything you imagined. From the colors of your napkins to the fluffing of your dress as you walk down the aisle I am here to make your wedding  as flawless as possible. I am here to make your dream day come to life and create a one-of-a-kind event that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.

Tricia Welton

Wedding Specialist

I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with my bachelor’s degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations.  I have always had a love for entertaining and it blossomed into a dream career. My wedding career started at Paradise Gardens, which is now Paradise Falls, where I focused on coordination, and gained a base of knowledge about the wedding business. From there, I went into non-profit events, but there wasn’t enough emphasis on the emotional side of event planning and I was drawn back to the wedding industry. I continued my journey with a high-end catering and event rental company, where I was able to expand my love of food, my knowledge of logistics and space planning, as well as refining my customer service skills. In addition, I have produced hundreds of events throughout Southern California, doing everything from full service design, to day-of coordination, depending on the specific needs of each client. Here at Paradise Falls, I focus on all aspects of event planning and day-of coordination. My goal is to make wedding planning as stress free as possible.  I thrive on the details and can’t wait to make your wedding one of your best days yet.

I keep the office on a steady course. You may never meet me in person but I too, am passionate about making sure your wedding goes smooth.

Brandy and Buffy

Branch Managers

You may run into these two on non-wedding days. Brandy’s favorite thing to do is retrieve sticks or in some cases, branches. Buffy prefers to meet and greet and hang out with whoever has a treat.
